Shipping & returns

Where we ship

United States and Canada. Everything is printed and dispatched from the US.

Cost and timing

• Flat $6 per order. Free on orders of $75 or more.
• Production takes 3–5 business days — each shirt is printed after you order it.
• Transit is typically 5–8 business days in the US, 8–14 to Canada.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Canadian orders may attract duties or import fees on delivery. Those are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

• Unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
• Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong thing.
• Defective, misprinted, or incorrect items: email a photo to support@jesusfreakstudio.com and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, with no return required.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Digital goods

Apps, games, and music packs are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once downloaded. If a download is broken, corrupt, or does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it — that is a defect, not a change of mind.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it was wrong, email us before the order enters production and we will change it. Once it has shipped, a replacement is a new purchase.

Music licensing

Buying a music pack grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. In plain terms:

You may

• Use the music in one commercial video game per pack. The Full Vault covers unlimited titles.
• Sell unlimited copies of that game with no revenue cap, royalty, or reporting.
• Use the music in trailers, marketing, and store pages for that game.
• Edit, loop, layer, re-order, and re-mix the audio to fit your project.
• Keep using it forever. The license does not expire and is not revoked if the pack is later delisted.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the audio as music — including in stock libraries, sample packs, asset stores, or on streaming services.
• Register the music with Content ID or any rights-management system. We do not, and neither may you.
• Claim authorship of the compositions.
• Transfer the license to another party except as part of a sale of the entire game it was licensed for.

Credit

Not required, always appreciated. "Music by Jesus Freak Studio" in the credits is plenty.

Exclusive scores, bespoke cues, and buyouts are available and are quoted per project. Write to music@jesusfreakstudio.com.

Privacy

What this site collects

Almost nothing. There is no account system, no advertising pixel, and no third-party analytics on these pages. Your cart is stored only in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us until you press checkout.

What Stripe collects

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. on their own hosted checkout page. Card details are entered on Stripe's servers, never on ours — we do not receive, process, or store them at any point. Stripe passes back only your email address, your shipping address for physical orders, and a confirmation that payment succeeded. Their handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

What we keep

• Your order record: what you bought, the amount, and the shipping address.
• Your email address, used to send your receipt, tracking, and download links.

We do not sell, rent, or share this with anyone beyond the printer and carrier who need it to deliver your order. Ask us to delete your records at any time by emailing support@jesusfreakstudio.com, and we will, subject to the tax records we are legally required to retain.

Fonts

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. No cookies are set by that request.

Terms of sale

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a price was listed in error.
• All artwork, code, music, and the Jesus Freak Studio name and mark remain our property. Buying a shirt does not license the design.
• Software is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from its use.
• Contributions made through the support page are gifts to a private business, are not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the studio is registered.
